Open Plan Living Space

Having lived in this Loughton home for some 30 years, the owner of this property wanted to develop the ground floor to a more modern standard by creating a large open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining space. With the fall in the ground level at the rear, we were also able to provide a new terrace area, perfect for catching the sun.
