Initial Consultation
At Marlin Design, we’ll work with you to deliver your dream home. Starting with the initial consultation, we’ll listen and discuss your plans and ideas. Once we have a thorough grasp of your needs and wishes, we’ll prepare a detailed fixed price quotation with no hidden extras.
Full Site Survey
Upon receipt of your instruction, we’ll conduct a full and thorough site survey. A site survey will enable us to identify any potential issues with boundaries, trees and drains, etc, and help to formulate the best course of action for achieving your aims and maximising the available space.
