MARLIN Design was approached by the client to discuss the extension potential for a tired semi detached dwelling in Manston Drive. The clients wanted more space as the existing Kitchen and Dining areas were disproportionate to the rest of the previously extended 5 bedroom house. Using the Permitted Development Rights available to the property, we were able to provide the much needed extra space without having to go through the lengthy Planning Application process. The property now boasts a modern open plan ground floor, with a separate Utility Room, and ground floor Shower room.
